English and Science Labs
Focus on English speaking is an important feature of the school and a language labs has been established which actively inculcates spoken English amongst the student. In consonance with the recommendation of the CBSE the Mathematics Laboratory is also making the leaning of mathematics interesting for the student in school.
Bus Transportation
School provides well organized and comprehensive bus facilities to the students. Almost 80 buses ply daily on different routes. A separate transport department has been appointed for the smooth functioning of the buses and attend to the queries of parents. Lady conductors are appointed for school buses for safety of girls students.
AC Smart Classrooms
A Step towards the same in teaching through ULTRA MODERN SMART CLASS ROOM TECHNOLOGY, at SMPS smart class room technology is world class, equipped with LCD screen and PC for teachers, through this technology all the students are exclaimed effectively to the students.
Laboratories
Our labs are well stocked with sufficient chemicals, specimens and instruments so that every student gets the opportunity to carry out the experiments individually. Moreover, the safety of each and every child while handling the chemicals and instruments is duly taken care of by providing lab coats for them. The aim of having separate labs is to provide ample time and adequate equipment for every student to perform the experiments as per the CBSE guidelines.
Our school has the latest science lab supplies and equipment to make science interesting and effective for students and to encourage them to make significant contributions in the field of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and other streams of science later in life.
Library
Information is the Heartbeat of Meaningful learning in School. The explosion of new information resources has created a demand for a new set of information-seeking skills among educators and students. To help student benefit from the power of information, a well furnished library and information services are essential to a learning program that values the cultural, social, technological and spiritual development of students. The development of information services and their dynamic role in learning requires the higher quality cooperating and responsive support. Quality space, functional facilities, resources and technology. The library has a computerized environment with a collection of more than 5000 prints (reference, fiction, magazines and journals) and non print resources displayed in a very user-friendly manner. The School Library fasters the development of life-long learning abilities and love of reading in its students. It also provides teachers with instructional materials and professional resources.
